Debuting in a 2008 prove yourself royal rumble, Texas Dead shocked the viewing audience by entering number 30 and eliminating his brother Texas Red to win the entire match. Following a heated year-long feud, the two would finally join forces as The Red Dead Redemption for the first time on American television to take on the team of Ching and Chong. However, his alliance did not last long. The brothers would come to blows once more, resulting in Texas Dead defeating his brother in a Mask vs. career match. While Texas Red was never seen on American TV again, Texas Dead would continue to climb the ladder of success and championship gold. In 2021, Texas Dead formed an odd alliance with Straight Edge Steve Austin under the guise of The Texas Rangers in an effort for both men to gain even more success; however, Steve would go down with an injury and be replaced by Lone Star in late 2023. In 2026 Texas Dead remains the one constant in 2k.
